A book everyone should read
Very well written, great style.
A eye opening account of missing persons that shows the magnitude of the problem. A must read for person in the crime fighting field and Crime Stopper Board members (or similar type organizations).
Excellent book, very well written. It is also one of the saddest books I've ever read as these cases are only a small portion of the people who are missing just in North America. It makes you wonder how many are missing all over the world; the number must be in the millions.
Enjoyable read covering many missing people some I had read about before but most I had never heard of. Sad that so many people just disappear never to be seen again. The Author does a good job of covering each case without adding his take on each missing person- just the facts.

I'm kinda shocked to see that this wonderful book still doesn't have a real review here on . Personally I've been looking for this type of book for years. I buy plenty of True Crime books and Crime Encyclopedias. Criminology is my passion, and there's nothing I enjoy more than to learn more about murder cases, unsolved cases, missing persons cases, serial killers and organized crime. I enjoy discovering new cases, I enjoy researching new cases, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my friends and family. I have a huge interest for missing persons cases. Since 2010 I've been part of two groups ( very small but with great people ) who wanted to make a difference and wanted to find ways to solve some of these cases. I've also shared numerous cases of missing persons, cases who are important to me, on a popular internet forum, something that was very appreciated by all the members of this internet community the cases of Kristen Modafferi, Tara Calico, Anthonette Cayedito, Jodi Huisentruit, Donna Lass, Elizabeth Campbell, Michaela Garecht, and many more. I am proud of what I did, because of me plenty of these cases are now known by many people. However I was still looking for a book sharing information on hundreds of different cases, not just a dozen. I was looking for THE book about missing persons. And then, one day, I found it.
In I'M MISSING - PLEASE FIND ME you'll find over 350 cases of missing persons from North America, most of these cases are still open today. Some of the cases you'll find in this book are well-known and received plenty of attention on TV or in the newspapers, but most of them are obscure and sadly never received a lot of media attention. In this book you'll find all the information you need to know about every cases, the amount of information you'll find in this book is impressive and most importantly might help to solve some of these cases. I want to thank mr. Millar for writing and researching this book. The main reason why mr. Millar wrote this book is that he hope that it will help solve some of these cases, he wrote this book with one goal in mind and that is to help the investigators solve these cases, and I applaude him for that. It's obvious that researching and sharing information about these cases is a personal cause dear to his heart, and he shows a lot of love, respect and sympathy for the families of the victims. Mr. Millar, a retired crime reporter, has devoted most of his life to helping to solve crimes and this book shows how much he cares about the victims, their families and the people investigating these cases. About the cover Yes, the picture on the cover of the book is disturbing ( possible picture of Tara Calico and an unidentified boy, however we don't know if this is really her ), but I like it and have no problem with it. There is nothing pretty about missing persons cases, and the cover of the book shows the sad reality of these cases. It's raw, it's real, it is what it is, and I have no problem with this cover.
In my opinion every independent researchers and investigators should add this book to their library. This book is a must-buy if, like me, you enjoy researching unsolved cases and if you want to research missing persons cases. This is a researcher's bible, the perfect book to own if you have an interest in learning more about that type of cases. Once again I want to thank mr. Millar for putting this wonderful book together, and I hope that this book will help solve most of these cases.
